THE MISSION


The Namastday Yoga Center is where self-care begins.

One of the best parts of practicing yoga is discovering and learning about yourself. Our very qualified yoga instructors are fully committed to guide you along your path through the practice of a variety of types of yoga.

Namastday is dedicated to inspire each of our students to seriously practice asanas with burning desire and consistency. 

Awareness and Self-transformation are key to our values and we practice that in our teachings of yoga.

Namastday Yoga has created a safe and educational environment for our students to learn and grow in. We believe that knowledge and practice of yoga will make you more aware of who you are through mediation.

At Namastday we realize that yoga is an emotional subject. None of us need to be alone. Our loving community is here to accompany you in having the best experience you've ever had in a yoga class!

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER


“I want to create a place where people can find more of themselves.”


As a mother of seven, as a creative designer, and as a certified yoga teacher, I wanted to create a safe environment for people to practice and expand themselves in many ways- physically, mentally and spiritually.

Opening a yoga center was always a dream of mine. After twenty-five years, my practice has matured to a place where my dream has become a reality. The call came from a deep place of joy
and serenity. I am grateful that I am now in the position to give back.

YOGA FOR MS & OTHER MOVEMENT DISORDERS
with CIYT, Leslie Peters
 December 1st-22nd, Saturday's 12:30-2:00pm
This class specifically focuses on students with MS or other neurological conditions.
Introduction to incorporating Iyengar Yoga to address and help manage symptoms and challenges associated with Multiple Sclerosis and similar neurological conditions. While yoga is not a cure for MS and other neurological conditions in the words of BKS Iyengar "yoga helps us to endure what cannot be cured."

Pre-Registration Required before attendance- No Drop-ins, No Refunds, Class Series must be paid in full, no make-ups.
$88/4 class package. Handicap Accessible. No yoga experience ok.
